Board Member Forms

The election of Directors to the Board are held at the RWD Annual Meeting the last Thursday in April each year. Each position is to be filled by a District member (homeowner resident) from the same neighborhood in which the existing Board member resides and is a 3-year position. Terms are on a rotating basis so never more than two positions are open at a time. There are qualifications, requirements, restrictions, and obligations for board members, and those are also linked below.
