Realtor Information and Reports

We are often asked by realtors to supply information regarding our water or sewer systems for homes being sold in the Pecan Valley Communities. (Pecan Valley North, Pecan Valley South, & Shelter Lakes)

Below are our inspection reports for both the water and sewer systems. (only half our homes are on our sewer system; the others have their own septic systems)

The Consumer Confidence Report relates largely to the City of Lawton's water system as we purchase our water from them. The ODEQ inspection certificates of our water and sewer system are also attached. There are no problems with either our water or sewer systems to adversely impact the sale of a home.
